Computer Troubleshooters Selects Level Platforms for Franchise’s B.E.S.T. Managed Services Program

OTTAWA, ONTARIO, October 16, 2006 LPI Level Platforms Inc., a leading global provider of network monitoring and management software for IT solution providers, announced today that it has been selected by Computer Troubleshooters Ltd., the world’s largest technology franchise with over 450 locations in 22 countries, as the core monitoring and management software platform for Business Enhanced Support Technology (B.E.S.T.), their recently announced managed services offering to small and medium-sized businesses (SMB).

Computer Troubleshooters launched its managed services strategy, B.E.S.T, to its global franchises at their recent Annual Conference in Chicago. The program is designed to help Computer Troubleshooters franchisees better service and support their small and medium business customers while simultaneously aligning IT requirements with their clients business needs. B.E.S.T and the new business opportunity this represents was the major topic of discussion among the 225 of Computer Troubleshooters’ franchisees that attended the event.
