EAST GREENBUSH, NY – Dec. 18, 2006 – Customers of Level Platforms’ Managed Workplace® and N-able’s Momentum System and Velocity System now can have seamless integration between their network monitoring and management platforms, and Autotask’s web-based business management software. This new integration, announced today by Autotask Corporation, dramatically improves an IT solution provider’s ability to service and support its customers while streamlining workflow and integrating processes.

The customer’s device information such as make, model and serial number that is stored in Managed Workplace or N-central®, which powers Nable’s Momentum System and Velocity System, can now be automatically transferred to the Autotask services management platform. This gives Autotask users a quick and easy way to set-up and manage their customers’ assets while eliminating the need to maintain the same data in two systems.

In addition, when the network monitoring platform sends out an e-mail alert of a device that needs to be serviced, Autotask automatically creates a service ticket for the alert, and notifies the appropriate technician. This service ticket contains all the pertinent information belonging to the alert including site, device and ticket details.

The new integration also allows the service provider to launch relevant Level Platforms or N-able account and device remote monitoring screens right from the Autotask service tickets, dramatically improving managed services workflow and boosting profitability.

“Service providers need to have their business management platform talking to the service delivery tools they are using everyday,” said Autotask CEO Bob Godgart. “Our goal is to continue to open up the Autotask architecture so that it can truly be a centralized business operating platform for service providers. With this integration we’re simplifying the workflow process and making it easier for our customers to work with the network monitoring tools they’re using to run their business.

“Our relationship with Autotask represents the Yin and the Yang of a complete managed services offering,” said Peter Sandiford Level Platforms CEO. “Our vendor relationship strategy is driven entirely to maximize the success of our common solution provider partners. To us this means leveraging our end-to-end remote monitoring and management platform with the deepest integration possible, while allowing solution providers to benefit from a direct relationship with their strategic vendors of choice. As two industry leaders, we look forward to continuing to extend our Autotask integration in 2007 and beyond for the benefit of our large and rapidly growing base of common partners.

“Having the right tools in place to optimize your service delivery and streamline business processes are critical to the ongoing success of any managed service provider,” says Bill Stewart, vice president of marketing, N-able Technologies.By proactively integrating Autotask’s technology with N-able’s Momentum and Velocity Systems, we’ve made it easier and more cost-effective for our partners to manage and deliver the services and technical support necessary to meet and exceed client expectations.”
