Online Technical Training

Level Platforms provides free live and on-demand technical training which gets you started using Managed Workplace quickly and conveniently. Live classes are offered on a regular basis. On demand classes are also available to our partners allowing them to review the class at their own pace on their own time. Each class ranges from 45 minutes to 2 hours.

Our curriculum is as follows:

Managed Workplace Orientation

This hands-on lab accompanied course, lets you experience using Managed Workplace features in a live environment. Learn the recommended best practices for installing and configuring Managed Workplace, then apply what you've learned in our sandbox. 

Creating Reports
 
How to use Managed Workplace pre-configured reporting and create custom reports from data you select. Also covered is how schedule automatic delivery of reports to your staff or your customers.

Policy Modules

Learn how to build or customize policy modules. All monitors types are covered, including network services and SNMP.

Patch Management

This course covers patch management strategies and the initial setup.

Task Management Using Managed Workplace

This course shows the process of scheduling a task and how to follow its status using the task timeline. Manging scripts with in the script library, including adding scripts and categories is also covered.
