Scheduled executive reporting can be e-mailed to you or your customers one-time, or on a weekly or monthly basis (day of the week/month is customizable).

Scheduled executive reporting generates up-to-the-moment reports, providing an accurate basis for capacity management and upgrade planning for VARs and their customers. Adjustable thresholds allow customization of the reports based on level of service purchased. The new reporting uses text and graphic-based e‑mails to outline levels of usage, uptime, performance, events, trouble tickets, and more.
