Alerts Viewer

The Managed Workplace Alerts Viewer is an add-on feature designed to complement the Central Dashboard.  Like a stock ticker, the Alerts Viewer gives technicians a real-time display of all incoming alerts across all customer sites.

Feature Overview:

• Real-time alerting across multiple customers sites provides a comprehensive view of alert activity

• Summary level alert information directs technicians to critical alerts based on user defined criteria including time of alert, site name, type of alert, and more.
