Bandwidth monitoring

Managed Workplace delivers the ability to monitor and alert on bandwidth throughput at any interface running on any SNMP or WMI device.  This feature allows MSPs to quickly identify and remediate bottlenecks in the network and provide support for cloud based applications such Hosted Exchange.

Feature Overview:

• Monitor any interface running on any SNMP or WMI device
• Bandwidth alerting can be configured to occur when bandwidth usage for an interface exceeds a specified absolute value, or when it exceeds a specified percentage of utilization based on the speed of the interface.
• Bandwidth usage reports deliver a comprehensive summary of performance indicators including:
  • Top devices by bandwidth utilization
  • Average percent of bandwidth utilization and total in/out traffic for each monitored device or interface
