Expedite was designed by a bunch of file system and storage geeks. But as chance would have it, we also have a tremendous appreciation for (and understanding of) creating elegant, efficient, and accountable business processes.  Document management doesn't have to be a nightmare, and we had a vision for a better way; a way to tailor a system to different business processes while offering great features that keep life simple for our users.  So in 2004, we started Action Information Systems and developed Expedite. Since we finished, we have been busy unshackling business people from the ball and chain of document management.   Level Platforms can monitor important aspects of Expedite critical for MSPs.  These include status of the server service, license status, configuration problems, operational issues, data integrity, database connectivity, and internal consistency checks
