Solution providers using Level Platforms remote monitoring and management software, Managed Workplace, will now be able to remotely monitor the Asigra Televaulting solution. This will allow solution providers to be alerted on events such as when the system running the Asigra client is off-line, when the Asigra client is not running or all backup failures. (Note: there is only one client installed per location. A client is not installed on every machine that is to be protected.) These events and alerts will be integrated into Managed Workplace’s central dashboard which provides the solution provider with a complete view of the health, availability and performance of their customers’ IT infrastructure.
